Let the radius be $r$
Circumference of circle is $2 π r$
Difference between circumference and diameter of a circle is $135$
$⟹ 2 π r - 2 r = 135 ⟹ 2 r (\frac{22}{7} - 1) = 135 ⟹ r = 31.5 c m$
