$=2(140+91+65)-\left(140\right)-\left(140\right)-2(2.5\times 1.2)-4(1.5\times 1)$

$=592-280-12=300$

Cost of $1m^2=$ Rs.$9.50$

$\therefore$ cost of $300m^2=$ Rs.$(9.50\times 300)=$ Rs.$2850$
