The correct option is B 15 cm
Given,
2 km is equivalent to 150 cm.

We know that, if the measurements in blueprint increase, the actual measurement also increases.

So, Measurement in blueprint(x)Actual measurement(y)
x1y1 = x2y2

Given,
x1 = 150 cm=1.5 m
y1 = 2 km = 2000 m
y2 = 200 m
and, x2=actual height of building

x2 = x1 × y2y1

x2 = 1.5 × 2002000 = 0.15 m=15 cm
