Volume of first cube $=s^3=5.2\times 5.2\times 5.2=140.6$ cm${}^3$

Volume of second cube $=s^3=7.2\times 7.2\times 7.2=373.24$ cm${}^3$

$\therefore$ The difference in their volumes $=373.2-140.6=232.64$ cm${}^3$ and we can round it off to $232.6$ cm${}^3$
