Solution

The correct option is D no solution
|x+1|log(x+1)(3+2xx2)=(x3)|x|
x+1>0 and 3+2xx2>0
x>1 and x22x3<0
(x3)(x+1)<0xϵ(1,3)
|(x+1)|log(x+1)(3+2xx2)=(3+2xx2)log(x+1)(x+1)
3+2xx2=(x3)|x|

for x>03+2xx2=(x3).x
3+2xx2=x23x2x25x3=0
(x3)(2x+1)=0x=3;x=12

But xϵ(1,3) So x can't be 3
Also, x>0 for this case x can't be 12

for x<03+2xx2=(x3)(x)
3+2xx2=3xx2x=3 (Not possible)

Hence, the equation has no solution.
