$x+1>0$ and $3+2x-x^2>0$

$\Rightarrow x>-1$ and $x^2-2x-3<0$

$\Rightarrow (x-3)(x+1)<0\Rightarrow xϵ(-1,3)$

$\therefore {\left|\right(x+1\left)\right|}^{{\log }_{(x+1)}(3+2x-x^2)}=(3+2x-x^2{)}^{{\log }_{(x+1)}(x+1)}$

$\Rightarrow 3+2x-x^2=(x-3)\left|x\right|$

for $x>0\to 3+2x-x^2=(x-3).x$

$\Rightarrow 3+2x-x^2=x^2-3x\Rightarrow 2x^2-5x-3=0$

$\Rightarrow (x-3)(2x+1)=0\Rightarrow x=3;x=\frac{-1}{2}$

But $xϵ(-1,3)$ So $x$ can't be 3
