Let 3x5y+8=0 be the line
Slope of 5y=3x+8 or y=35x+85 is 35
We know that parallel lines have equal slopes,
the slope of the other line which is parallel to the given line is 35
The point is (3,0)
Equation of the line is y=mx+c
0=35×3c
c=95
equation of the line is y=35x+(95)
or 5y=3x9
or 5y3x=9
or 3x5y=9
