Since 'P' is moving at 20πcm/s and is at 60, it is clearly seen Amplitude is 4×103m & wavelength is also calculated. Hence, equation will be as y=Asin(Krwt).
For this given case;
y=4×103sin100π(3t+0.5x+1400)
