The correct option is C 12 N-s
From Newton's second law of motion, we know that,

F=ΔpΔt

Δp=FΔt

For an Ft graph ,

FΔt= Area under Ft graph.

So, From the data given in the diagram,

Δp=(12×2×6)(3×2)+(3×4)
