Velocity of sound = wavelength × frequency
or v=λf=150×200=30000cm/s=300m/s
Time period T=1/f=1/200=0.005s
Time period is the time for producing one waves so the time taken to produce 150 waves is t=150×0.005=0.75s
The required traveled distance d=vt=300(0.75)=225m
