Solution

Voltage gain =μ1+rpRL
When A = 10
RL=4KΩ10=μ1+rp4×10310=μ×4×1034×103+rp40×103+10rp=4×103μ
When A = 12
RL=8KΩ12=μ1+rp8×10312=μ×8×1038×103+rp=96×103+12rp=8×103μ
Multiplying (2) in equation (1) and equating with equation (2)
2(40×108+10rp)=96×103+12rp80×103+20rp=96×103+12rp8rpp=16×103rpp=2×103Ω=2KΩ
Putting the value in equation (1)
40×103+10(2×103)=4×108μ40×103+20×103=4×103μ60=4μμ=604=15.
