Since, μ=rpgm
gm1=μ1rp1=305=6
and gm2=μ2rp2=214
Since, triodes are connected in parallel, hence effective plate resistance,
rp=rp1rp2rp1+rp2
=5×45+4=209kΩ
and transconductance,
gm=gm1+gm2=(6+214)(kΩ)1
Amplification factor
μ=rpgm=209(6+214)=25.
