The correct option is D y=x2+cx
Comparing above equation with first order linear differential equation dydx+Py=Q
We get P=1x and Q=3x

So integration factor I.F.=ePdx=e(1/x)dx=elnx=x
Hence solution is given by, y(I.F.)=Q(I.F.)dx
xy=3x2dx
xy=x3+c
y=x2+cx
