We know that circumference i.e, perimeter of a sector of angle $P^{\circ }$ of a circle with radius R is

= $\frac{P^{\circ }}{{360}^{\circ }}$ $\times$ 2$\pi$R + 2R

= $\frac{{60}^{\circ }}{{360}^{\circ }}$ $\times$ 2$\pi$(20) + 2(20)

= 60.95 ~ 61cm.
