The output of NAND gate with inputs A and B is $y=\overline{\left(AB\right)}$ i.e., output is obtained if either or both inputs are zero. Accordingly, the output waveform $Y=\overline{\left(AB\right)}$ is shown in fig.

Output is zero between intervals $0$ to $t_1$ and $t_4$ to $t_5$ and in all other intervals it is ‘$1$’.
