According to the graph, Slope of wire A is greater

slope=dydx=VIR=VI=slope

Hence, wire A has great resistance.

The heat produced by resistor is given by P=I2RT. So, it is directly proportional to the square of current passing through it, Resistance and time for which the current passes through the conductor.
Hence, wire A will produce more heat.
