$\therefore Volume=3.3litres=3.3\times 1000c{m}^3=3300c{m}^{3}Height\left(h\right)=3.5cm=\frac{7}{2}cm\therefore Radius=\sqrt{\frac{Volume\times 3}{\pi h}}=\sqrt{\frac{3300\times 3\times 7\times 2}{22\times 7}}=\sqrt{900}cm=30cm\therefore Diameter=2r=2\times 30=60cm$
