Surface area of the hollow cylinder $= 2 π r h + 2 π R h + 2 (π R^{2} - π r^{2})$
$= 2 π \times 3 \times 10 + 2 π \times 6 \times 10 + 2 (π 6^{2} - π 3^{2})$
$= 6 (117)$
$= 702 c m^{2}$
