The correct option is C R1>R2 if E1=E2
Since capacitor is discharging, we can write,

q=qmax e(tRC)

From the graph, we can say circuit 2 is discharging faster so its time constant is lesser

R2C2<R1C1(1)

So, option (a) is correct.

Now, for charging circuit,

qmax=CV

Since for both qmax is same we can write that, C1V1=C2V2

If E1=E2 or V1=V2

C1=C2(2)

From equations (1) and (2),

R1>R2

option (c) is also correct.

Hence, options (a) and (c) are the correct answers.
