Given compound is alkane primary suffix=ane

We can number the chain in 2 ways.

Step 2:number the carbon atoms in the chain to give the lowest set of locants to the three substituents.

Right numbering gives locant= {4,5,7}

Wrong (reverse) numbering yeilds={4,6,7}

Secondary prefix=4, 5-diethyl-7-methyl

Hence the IUPAC name is:

4,5-Diethyl-7-methyldecane
