The correct option is A 200 g to the right pan Weight on the left pan = 200 × 7 = 1400 g
Weight on the right pan = 300 × 4 = 1200 g
Since the weight on both pans are not the same, the scale won't be balanced.
To balnce the scale, we have to add weight to the right pan since 1400 g > 1200 g.
So, weight to be added to the right pan = 1400 - 1200 = 200 g
