Let the breadth of cold storage be $^{'} x^{'}$ m. Then, its length will be $^{'} 2 x^{'}$ m.

According to the given condition,
$2 (l + b) h = 108 ⟹ 2 (2 x + x) \times 3 = 108 ⟹ 3 x = 18 ⟹ x = 6 m$
