Given that height = 3 m.
Given that length is double its breadth
i.e., if the breadth is x and length will be 2x.
Given that, four walls area = 108 m.
$2(l+b)\times h=108$
$2(2x+x)\times 3=108$
$6x\times 3=108$
$18x=108$
$\therefore x=6$.
If breadth = 6 then the length will be $2\times 6=12$.
Volume $=l\times b\times h$
$=12\times 6\times 3$
$=216m^3$.
