Let the length of the rectangle be$=l$

So, breadth is $b=l-14$

Perimetre= $2(l+b)=2(l+l-14)=180cm$

$⟹4l-28=180cm$

And, $b=52-14=38cm$

Hence, Area$=l\times b=52\times 38=1976c{m}^2$
