Let the breadth of the rectangle be $x$cm

Then it's length$=x+5$cm

Perimeter$=2(length+breadth)$

$\Rightarrow 70=2(x+(x+5))$

$\Rightarrow \frac{70}{2}=2x+5$

$\Rightarrow 2x+5=35$

$\Rightarrow 2x=35-5=30$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{30}{2}=15$cm

Breadth$=x=15$cm and length$=x+5=15+5=20$cm
