We have,

$p=$total sides

$p=21+2w$

$1=8+2w$

$p=2(8+2w)+2w$

$112=16+4w+2w$

$112=16+6w$

$112-16=6w$

$w=\frac{96}{6}$

$w=16$m

$\therefore L=2w+8$

$L=2\times 16+8$

$L=40$

Area$=$length$\times$width

$A=40\times 16$

$A=640m^2$

Hence, this is answer.
