We know $h^2$=$b^2+l^2$

$\to b^2=h^2-l^2$

$\to b^2={15}^2-{12}^2$

=225−144

= 81

$\to \therefore b=\sqrt{81}$

= 9 m.

Area=Length×Breadth=(12×9) $m^2$=108$m^2$
