$\Rightarrow 6^o$

Angle swept by $10$ minute

$\Rightarrow 6^o\times 10={60}^o$

Now, ${\theta }^o=60r=14$

Area $\Rightarrow \frac{\theta }{360}\times \pi r^2$

$=\frac{60}{360}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 14\times 14$

$\Rightarrow \frac{44\times 7}{3}$

Area $\Rightarrow \frac{308}{3}sq.m$
