Length of rope A=135 m
Length of rope B=12×the length ofrope A
=12×135 m
Here, 12<1
When a given number is multiplied by a fraction less than one, the product will be less than the given number.
135=85
135×12=85×12=810=8÷210÷2=45m
So, the product of 135 and 12 is less than 135.
And the length of rope B is 45 m.
Thus, both the statements are incorrect.
