Solution

The correct option is B 271.3Ω1cm2mol1
Λm NH4OH=?
Λm (NH4Cl)=149.7 Ω1cm2 mol1
Λm (NaOH)=248.1 Ω1cm2mol1
Λm (NaCl)=126.5 Ω1cm2mol1
Λm (NH4Cl)=ΛNH+4+ΛCl=149.7.....(i)
Λm NaOH=ΛNa++ΛOH=248.1.....(ii)
Λm NaCl=ΛNa++ΛCl=126.5.....(iii)
Add equation (i) and (ii) and subtract equation (iii)
ΛmNH4OH=ΛNH4Cl+ΛNaOHΛNaCl
=ΛNH+4+ΛOH
=149.7+248.1126.5
ΛmNH4OH=271.3 Ω1cm2mol1
