2,4,6-trinitro phenol, Benzoic acid and hydrochloric acid are acidic and hence they give CO2 with NaHCO3.

Ethyne and 2,4,6 trimethyl phenol are not enough acidic to release CO2 with NaHCO3.

Hence, compound 2 and 4 are correct.
