Part (a): Dengue virus:

  1. Dengue virus is a viral pathogen carried by a mosquito called the Aedes mosquito.
  2. Female Aedes mosquito carries the virus from an affected person to a healthy person. ​

Part (b): Malaria:

Malaria is a disease caused by a protozoan called Plasmodium. It is carried by the female Anopheles mosquitoes from one affected person to a healthy person affecting them.

Part (c) and (d):

These diseases are caused by female Aedes and Anopheles mosquitoes as they have direct contact with humans while sucking blood.
