1)C6H5-CH+-C6H5
2)C6H5CH2+
3)CH3CH2+
4)C6H5CH2CH2+

The most stable carbocation will be option (1) as carbocation is stabilised by resonating effect of two benzene ring. That is positive charge is delocalised in 2 benzene rings.

(3) and (4) is aliphatic carbocations which is less stable than aromatic one. (2) is aromatic carbocation but positive charge is delocalised only by one aromatic ring.
