The correct option is B The weight of the truck when the trailer is empty
Given that the cab (front) of the truck weigh 11000 ponds and the trailer truck, when empty.
And truck loading weight limit for a particular four -axle transfer truck is 18000 ponds per axle
Then given inequality
18000+x72000
As per given total weight of truck when is empty =11000+7000=18000 ponds
And total loading weight allowed on truck = 4×18000=72000
Then in given inequality
18000+x72000
18000 is the weight of truck when the tailor is empty
And 7200 is the total weight allowed in truck tailor
So 18000 is the weight of truck when it is empty.
