The ratio of number of candidates is 4:5:6.
Let the number of candidates for the three entrance exams be 4k, 5k and 6k respectively.
After increasing, number of candidates become (140% of 4k), (160% of 5k) & (185% of 6k) $\to \frac{140\times 4k}{100},\frac{160\times 5k}{100}$ and $\frac{185\times 6k}{100}$ = $\frac{56k}{10},\frac{80k}{10}$ and $\frac{111k}{10}$.
$\therefore$ The required new ratio = $56:80:111$
