The correct option is B $3 \times 10^{- 3} J$
Total work done = Area under the close curve
Note: $1000$ litre= $1 m^{3}$
$= \frac{1}{2} \times B C \times A C$
$= \frac{1}{2} \times (4 - 1) \times 10^{- 3} \times (4 - 2)$
$= 3 \times 10^{- 3} J$
