In the given bridge circuit,

Z1=R11+jωC1R1

Z2=RP1+jωCPRP

Z3=R3

Z4=R4

At balance condition,

Z1Z4=Z2Z3

R1R41+jωC1R1=RPR31+jωCPRP

R1R4+jωCPRPR1R4=RPR3+jωC1R1RPR3

Equating the real and imaginary components

R1R4=RPR3 or RP=R1R4R3

CPR4=C1R3

or CP=C1R3R4

Given,

D=1ωCPRP=1ω×R4C1R3×R3R1R4=1ωC1R1

Given,

R1=375×103 Ω
