According to question,$2\times (14+20)=4\times X$

On solving it we get $X=17$

Circumference of a semi circle $=\pi r=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{17}{2}$ $[2r=X]$

On solving it we get $26.7142857\left(approx\right)$

So the circumference of a semi circle is $26.714285cm\left(approx\right)$
