The correct option is A

150 cms


Let the length of the rectangle = “p” cms

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( length + breadth )

Hence 2 (p + 70 ) = Perimeter of the given rectangle

Forming an equation:

2(p+70)=440

=2p+140=440

=2p=440140=300

=p=3002=150 cms
