Let the width of the rectangular field $=xm$

Then, the length of the rectangular field $2xm$

Now, perimeter of the field $\frac{3}{5}km=\frac{3}{5}\times 1000m=600m$

$\Rightarrow$ $2(l+b)=600$

$\Rightarrow$ $l+b=300$

$\Rightarrow$ $2x+x=300$

$\Rightarrow$ $3x=300$

$\therefore$ $x=100$

Now, width of the field $=100m$

Length of the field $=2\times 100=200m$

Now, Area of rectangle $=l\times b=200\times 100$

$\therefore$ Area of rectangle $=20000m^2$
