Length = 4 $\times$ Width

We know that,
Perimeter of a rectangle
= 2 (length + width)

200 = 2 ( 4 $\times$ width + width)

200 = 2 $\times$ 5 $\times$ width

$\Rightarrow 10\times$ width=200
width= 20

$\therefore$ Width is 20 cm.
Length is 4$\times$width
= 4 $\times$ 20 = 80 cm
