Let the third side be $x$ .

According to the question,
$P e r i m e t e r = S u m o f a l l t h r e e s i d e s = x + 2 a$

Therefore,
$x + 2 a = 32$
$x + 18 = 32$
$x = 14 c m$

So,
The third side $= 14 c m$

And each equal side $= \frac{18}{2} = 9 c m$

Hence, this is the answer.
