The correct option is A 125 cm3

We know that all sides of a cube are equal.
All faces of a cube are square shaped.

Given, perimeter = 20 cm
We know that the perimeter of a square = 4 x side

i.e, 4 x side = 20 cm
Side=204=5 cm
Therefore, length of a side of a cube = 5 cm.

Volume of cube =a3 (where a is the side)
=a×a×a
=5×5×5
=125 cm3

Therefore, volume of the cube is 125cm3
