The correct option is A $0.1 k g / c m$
Force by spring $F = k x$ where k is spring constant and x is extension/compression.
Spring constant $k = \frac{F}{x} = 1 /$ slope of the line

slope of curve $= \frac{y_{2} - y_{1}}{x_{2} - x_{1}}$

$∴ k = \frac{4 - 1}{30} = \frac{3}{30} = 0.1 k g / c m$
