Solution

The correct option is C are on the opposite side of the plane
The position vectors of two given points are a=^i^j+3^k and b=3^i+3^j+3^k and the equation of the given plane is r.(5^i+2^j+7^k)+9=0 or r.n+d=0.
We have, a.n.+d=(^i^j^k).(5^i+2^j7^k)+9=5221+9<0
and b.n+d=(3^i+3^j+3^k).(5^i+2^j+7^k)+9=15+621+9>0
So, the points a and b are on the opposite sides of the plane.
