Let the original price of jewel is P Rs and the profit earned by third seller is x %
Then according to the question
= (100+x)% of 125% of 120% 0f P=165% of P
$\left[\frac{(100+x)}{100}\right]\times \frac{125}{100}\times \frac{120}{100}\times P=\frac{165}{100}P$
$100+x=\frac{165\times 100\times 100}{125\times 120}$
$100+x=110$
$x=10$
Hence,the profit earned by third seller is 10%
