Question

The ratio of inversion temperature and Boyle's temperature for a real gas is ....

Solution

As we know,
for a real gas
Boyle's  temperature ($$T_b$$)  = $$a / Rb$$ = $$1/2 T_i$$
where $$T_i$$ is called inversion temperature and $$a, b$$ are called van der Waals constant.
So, their ratio is 2.
