The ratio of the side length of square A to the side length of square B is 4:9. The side length of square A is 12yards. What is the perimeter of square B?

Find the perimeter of square B.

Given,

Side length of square A is 12yards.

And, SidelengthofsquareASidelengthofsquareB=49

So, side length of square B will be

12SidelengthofsquareB=49SidelengthofsquareB=27yards

And, we know that perimeter of square = 4×length of side of square

So, the perimeter of the square B is 4×27=108yards

Hence, the perimeter of the square B is 108yards.
