The correct option is B $11 : 9$
The ratio of train & bus fares ax $3 : 4$ .
Now split the ratio by multiplying unknown variable 'k'.
Train fare is $3 k$
Bus fare is $4 k$
After $20 %$ rise
Now train fare will be
$= 3 k + 3 k \times \frac{20}{100}$
$= 3 k + \frac{3 k}{5} = \frac{10 k}{5}$
After $10 %$ increase, now bus fare will be
$= 4 k + 4 k \times \frac{10}{100}$
$= 4 k + \frac{4 k}{105}$
$= 4 k + \frac{2 k}{5} = \frac{22 k}{5}$
New ratio
