Solution

The correct option is A True

When the ray of light passes through the optical center, the curvature of the lens for the incident ray is exactly opposite to the emerging ray. The deviation produced by the lens at the canceled incident angle is balanced and canceled out by the deviation caused at the emergence angle. Therefore, the ray of light does not experience any deviation while passing through the optical center.
