$\therefore$ The lateral surface of the cylinder is same.

$\Rightarrow 22\times 12=2\pi r\times 12$

$r=\frac{11}{\pi }$.

$\therefore$ Radius of the cylinder $=\frac{11}{\pi }$

$\therefore$ Volume of the cylinder

$V=\pi \times \frac{121}{{\pi }^2}\times 12$

$V=\frac{1452}{\pi }$

$V=\frac{1452}{\pi }c{m}^3$
